Draft terms
These sentences are a draft add-on for the existing terms. They do not replace the commercial terms already published on oniyore.com until that page is updated in oniyore-fe-landing and counsel signs off.

Age
Services are for adults 18 or older. Every form submit requires confirmation of age and agreement to Terms and Privacy. Paid or account steps require an unchecked checkbox that must be ticked. Under-18 submissions are refused. Personal information of anyone under 13 is not collected knowingly (COPPA). Personal information of consumers under 16 is not sold or shared; opt-in would be required if that ever changed.
Repeat infringer policy
If we confirm that an account or a submission repeatedly infringes copyright, we will stop hosting the material and may close the account. One confirmed notice can be enough when the facts are clear. We keep a record of notices and what we did. This policy applies to review text stored through the landing reviews API and to files stored for an account through the authenticated media upload routes.
Copyright notices
A DMCA designated agent is not registered. The public DMCA page is off (DMCA_PAGE_ENABLED is false). Do not treat Not registered — contact hello@oniyore.com as a registered agent. When registration exists, the agent block and the notice / counter-notice steps will be published at /dmca.
Sale and share
Oniyore does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. Non-essential tags stay off when a visitor opts out or sends Global Privacy Control.
